The Job

As a Business Development Analyst/ Specialist, you would be reporting to the Business Development Manager and be responsible for B2B sales within the country.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Supporting the Business Development team in pitching services to new clients, pulling pitch decks together for new business opportunities.
  • Being an active participant in all relevant client meetings - contributing your ideas, and helping shape the discussions we have with clients.
  • Ensuring groundwork for BD teams’ initiatives are completed: vendor registration, client due diligence, making pitch decks.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

Ideal Candidate

  • You ideally have at least 1 year of experience in a Business Development / Sales role (Fresh graduates with a passion for B2B SaaS sales can also apply).
  • You have the passion and initiative to drive and land new deals.
  • You are determined to reach or exceed goals regardless of challenges.
  • You have a strong sense of alignment with our purpose and mission.
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder with excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a curious-minded individual who loves wearing multiple hats.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
