Business Development Manager (B2B SaaS)

As a Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for B2B sales within the country while leading a team of 2-3 professionals.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Hunting for new clients to land deals with, identifying sales leads and pitching our services to new clients while conducting research on target clients.
- Leading client meetings independently and negotiating favourable deals while pulling support from the team when necessary.
- Following up on new business opportunities, staying close to client leads to convert deals.
- Acting as a Thought Partner to Head/ Director of BD, and exhibiting proficiency in task execution while creating pitches, and supporting the team via groundwork.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients and actively identifying upsell and referral opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Working with business operations/analytics to analyse the conversions and find ways to continuously optimise sales processes.
- You have 4+ years of experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the tech/ SaaS industry.
- You are determined to reach or exceed goals regardless of challenges and can thrive well in a fast-paced environment.
- You're passionate about sales process optimization and have a track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs.
- You have a strong sense of alignment with our purpose and mission.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder with excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
