Job description

We are looking for a Sales Representative who are reliable, responsible, quick response and possessing high initiatives in the Sales Department.


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Response promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing of products inside and out so that you can answer (training for the products will be provided).
  • Maintain existing customers and establish sales networks.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Ensure delivery of services within the required timeframes.
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates report to the management, such as deliverables, work in progress and new developments.
  • Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by immediate superior.
