We are looking for a Sales Representative who are reliable, responsible, quick response and possessing high initiatives in the Sales Department.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Response promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing of products inside and out so that you can answer (training for the products will be provided).
- Maintain existing customers and establish sales networks.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Ensure delivery of services within the required timeframes.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates report to the management, such as deliverables, work in progress and new developments.
- Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by immediate superior.
